Bertera Nissan Service Review. Above and Beyond

Hello, Please let the owner, and/or Mr. Bertera, know that John Bergin of your service dept. does an outstanding job. I had a problem today, the day after my 30,000 service, which was totally unrelated to the service. John was still kind enough to send a person to Worcester to change a tire for me during a very hectic time, allowing me to keep important appointments. He was still there late in the evening, when I was able to then drive the vehicle there, to have a new tire mounted. He was there in the AM to hel p, there in the late PM to help, and made an otherwise unpleasant day for me a whole lot better with great customer service. He represents Bertera Nissan extremely well. Thank you.
